make a complain dialog for a client and use commonly misused words, confusing related words and preposition


That morning, I went to the counter to look for the smartphone
Seller   : Welcome, please sit down.
Buyer  : Thank you.
Seller   : Can I help you?
Buyer  : I want to find a Smartphone.
Seller   : What brand smartphone do you want?
Buyer  : What is a good brand?
Seller   : Look, if the problem is good or not it's relative. All brands have advantages and there are also disadvantages.
Buyer  : Oh, I see.
Seller   : But now the best-selling is the Samsung Galaxy S9.
Buyer  : Can I see the Samsung Galaxy S9?
Seller   : Yes, I'll take it for a while.
Buyer  : Yes.
Seller   : Here, please try first.
Buyer  : What are the facilities?

Buyer  : How about IDR 6,400,000.00? Cash.
Seller   : Can you add more?
Buyer  : How do I add IDR 50,000?
Seller   : Still can't, this is all I give Rp.6,500,000.00, it has dropped a lot.
Buyer  : Can't add a discount?
Seller   : I can't, later if I add more, my boss is angry, if I have it, I give that price.
Buyer  : Yes, I have agreed to Rp.6,500,000.00.
Seller   : I made a note first.
Buyer  : Yes.

Seller               : Can I see your smartphone, sir?

Seller               : there was a complaint this morning because the smartphone was dead
Coworkers       : how come?
Seller               : It says that every 3 hours of usage of the smartphone is dead
Coworkers       : how then? Do customers ask for a change?
Seller               : yes, at first he asked for a change but because the stock was empty so I said to be served first.
Coworkers       : good, if you change, then the boss can be angry.
Seller               : I know that.
Coworkers       : are the customers rude?
Seller               : no, he is good and speaks politely
Coworkers       : great, later after a quick break you service the customer's smartphone.
Seller               : yes, I'd better service quickly, Thank you for listening to my story.
Coworkers       : yes, you're welcome.
